Your goal is to upgrade and level up your files to defeat the enemy's files. You can buy more files in the upper left menu to increase their HP and attack power. Files level up automatically over time. However, after reaching certain levels (such as 10, 20, 30, etc.), your files can no longer level up. To continue progressing, you must incarnate them, which resets their attack speed but allows them to level up again. Defeating bosses after level 5 will give you RP, which you can use to prestige and get more bonuses. This cycle of leveling, incarnating, and prestiging keeps the game engaging and challenging.
