Objective and Table Layout
Solitaire: Classic Card Puzzle is a digital version of Klondike solitaire. The goal is to sort every card into four foundation piles, one per suit, from Ace through King. Cards are dealt into seven tableau columns, with only the top card of each column face up. The remaining cards form a draw deck. The game preserves standard solitaire rules but removes time pressure, so players can think through each move without a clock running.
Building Sequences and Moving Cards
To build sequences, place a black card on a red card of a higher rank, or a red card on a black card of a higher rank. Entire sequences can be moved by dragging the top card of that sequence. Empty columns accept only a King or a sequence beginning with a King, which adds a layer of planning. You can also draw from the deck to find useful cards, and the interface provides buttons for new game, undo, and hints.
Visual Customization and Feedback
Players can personalize the table background, card backs, and deck design. These options change only the look, not the rules. When all cards reach the foundations, the game finishes automatically, giving a clear sense of completion without manual checking. The clean interface keeps the focus on the cards and the decisions.
Strategic Approaches
Reveal face-down cards early to open more moves. Prioritize moving cards from larger stacks to free up columns. Use undo to explore different sequences without penalty. Planning ahead helps avoid blocking key cards, and regular practice improves speed and efficiency. The game suits players who prefer thoughtful, low-pressure card puzzles over timed challenges.
